OBERLIN COLLEGE RACE HOAX!

JUST PAY UP ALREADY: OBERLIN College REFUSES to pay up $31 million in DAMAGES For Pushing Anti-White RACE HOAX

In 2016, Oberlin tried to destroy Gibson’s Bakery, a small family-run business, when the college’s Dean of Students stirred up massive student protests against the bakery, labeling the store as RACIST after the store called the police on three black students for shoplifting.

Before I discuss this latest sham, let me just say that these race hoaxes happen a lot. In 2018, a black girl at Smith College claimed that she was discriminated against for “eating while black.” That was a hoax. In March 2022 at Rosemont High School in Sacramento, racist graffiti stating that “all niggers should die” was found in one of the hallways. That was a hoax. A brief investigation revealed that two black girls were the culprits. In 2019, a black girl in the 6th grade falsely accused three male white students of forcefully cutting off her “nappy” dreadlocks.

There is such a paucity of actual white on black racism in modern America, that some blacks feel the urgent need to invent racial problems where they don't exist. They have to use their colorful imagination in order to cling to the ridiculous narrative that there is ubiquitous racist hostility and animosity in America that only comes from whites. This risible and asinine claim is one of the most foolish, egregious, and downright harebrained canards of modern times.

But on to the topic at hand. Five years ago, Oberlin College claimed that three black students were discriminated against while shopping at a family-run store named Gibson’s Bakery that is located near the campus. The store is run by white folks. That detail is crucial to this story. Well, it turns out that the black kids tried to steal merchandise. The kids attempted to pilfer two bottles of wine and then ran out of the store. Allyn Gibson, the erstwhile owner’s son, chased them down and then got into a physical altercation with one of the suspects. Long story short, the store was justified in the actions it took against those students. The kids got arrested and charged with shoplifting and assault. There was no unwarranted discrimination. The racism accusation was a massive hoax. The kids eventually pled guilty to attempted theft and aggravated trespassing, which were lesser charges. They also admitted that the actions taken by Gibson’s Bakery were not racially motivated.

Despite the verdict and the obvious guilt of the perpetrators, Oberlin went the social justice route and tried to get the business shut down for racism. Oberlin took that step simply because the people who own and run the store are white. Obviously, the school wanted to promote the idea of rampant white-on-black racism, especially in the wake of Trump’s recent election victory. The Dean of Students at the time, Meredith Raimondo, pushed the falsehood that the incident was racially motivated. She mobilized Oberlin students and encouraged them to protest and boycott the store. She even distributed leaflets that said the bakery was a "RACIST establishment with a LONG ACCOUNT of RACIAL PROFILING and DISCRIMINATION."

Furthermore, the Oberlin College student senate passed a resolution claiming that the bakery had “a history of racial profiling and discriminatory treatment of students and residents alike” and pushed for an economic boycott. Regrettably, vile social justice idiots like Meredith and the schools that she works for don’t get punished for their dishonest leftist behavior. Raimondo is currently a Vice President for Student Affairs at Oglethorpe University where she is surely earning a handsome salary. I fear what kind of anti-white leftist garbage she’s pushing there.

Raimondo’s actions and the actions of student activists at Oberlin almost got Gibson’s Bakery shut down for no reason. In fact, the business complained that they were “crippled” by Oberlin’s actions, which is why they decided to sue. In 2019, an Ohio court ordered Oberlin College to pay more than $31 million to Gibson's Bakery. But 3 years after that court ruling, and nearly 6 years after the initial incident, Oberlin still refuses to pay that amount to a struggling business that was nearly destroyed by a race hoax. Sadly, two of the major figures who should have received monetary compensation for being bullied by Oberlin, Allyn Gibson and his son David Gibson, are both dead now. That is very unfortunate. Allyn’s grandson, who is also named Allyn, will continue fighting the good fight. Oberlin needs to open its undeservedly overflowing coffers and pay that poor bakery.

Allyn Gibson is the only one left to benefit from the settlement now
