Achieving "racial equity" one crack pipe at a time.
As a special gift to blacks during Black History Month, the Biden administration is stepping up to the plate to fulfill their promise of delivering racial justice and "racial equity" by funding a 30 million dollar program to get black people more crack pipes. This is definitely what Biden voters were looking for.

Hopefully Hunter Biden will be overseeing this. It would be the perfect job for him.

Nothing says Building Back Better than spending 30 million dollars to ensure that black crack addicts can get to do their drugs safely. Black Lives Matter of course, but Black Crack Addicts Lives Matter even more.

It's not fair that only white people get to use cocaine in a safe way. That's racist. That's Jim Crow. We have to let minorities do their drugs safely too. It's so inspiring to see that this incredible administration is finally taking the necessary steps to address the systemic racism embedded in the disproportionate level of crack usage among blacks.
By the way, these are the much ballyhooed REPARATIONS that black activists have been requesting for the longest time. This administration is going to spend millions of dollars to make sure that black people can get their crack. This is progress. This is progressive. What's not to celebrate about that? Booker T. Washington and Frederick Douglass would be proud to see that blacks finally have the absolute freedom to get high because that is the kind of freedom that they strived for.
And white folks, you're not totally left out. There is something in this package for you too.
Crystal Methamphetamine! To make sure white people don’t get TOO upset, the Biden admin made sure to include crystal meth in the initiative so that the whites, especially whites in Appalachia, can get their meth fix in. Safely and reasonably. And LEGALLY. That's the Hunter Biden way.
