PUTIN Pushed to the Brink: Threatens NUCLEAR Option, Calls for a Major Increase in Russian Troops

In his first formal address to the Russian people and the world since the war started, Vladimir Putin has made it clear that Russia is engaged in a death battle with Ukraine and will not back down one inch. This may be the most important political speech of the year so far.

"In its aggressive anti-Russian policies, the West has crossed all lines"

For the first time since WWII Russia is calling up its army reserves. Putin also called for a referendum in the disputed regions. The Western powers have firmly REBUKED Putin’s pronouncement. At the UN General Assembly, President Biden declared that the West will continue to defend Ukraine’s “right to exist.” Ukraine and the West have also already pre-emptively refused to acknowledge the results of the upcoming referendums.

I would wager that many of the people who initially put Ukraine flags in their bios have largely lost track of what’s going on in Ukraine. Mainly because they don’t really know anything about the geopolitical situation of a nation that they didn’t even know existed until this year. Those people may be shocked to hear what Vladimir Putin had to say today. But for people who have a better comprehension of the political dynamics in Eastern Europe, and who have accurately analyzed the conflict in spite of lies from the Western press, Putin’s stance is both predictable and reasonable.

The War in Ukraine has been raging on for 7 months and each month it has only gotten worse. Why? Well, that’s because Ukraine has been receiving copious amounts of advanced weaponry and over $100 billion in monetary aid from the United States, the UK, France, Canada, Germany, Poland, Hungary, and other EU/NATO countries. Putin’s “special military operation” in the Donbass which was only supposed to take a few weeks has thus evolved into a long and drawn-out conflict with no end in sight. The recent shelling of the nuclear plant in Zaporizhzhia by Ukrainian forces (Ukraine claims Russia is the culprit) has indicated to Putin that the West is willing to flirt with nuclear catastrophe. Therefore, Putin has deemed it necessary to increase the size of the Russian military forces engaged in the conflict and he has made it clear that he will use the nuclear option if Russia is forced into an unwinnable situation. Putin is also calling for a referendum in the disputed regions so that those people can decide in a democratic fashion, whether they want to join the Russian Federation or remain within the Ukrainian sphere.

Make no mistake. This is not an arbitrary act of imperialism by Putin, which is how the pro-Ukrainian Western media portrays the conflict. Vladimir Putin did not one day decide on a whim to flout international law and invade Ukraine. That is purely Western propaganda, which is easy to disseminate nowadays since Russian news has been globally sanctioned and censored. This is a defensive war by Russia that has been building up since the fall of the Soviet Union. The Western Powers caused this war. Mainly because NATO has refused to stop expanding to the Russian border. That is the primary problem.

Biden has vowed to hold Russia "accountable"

But more recently, this war has been instigated by the following: 1) the overthrow of the democratically elected government in Ukraine in 2014 in a “color revolution,” 2) the Zelenskyy regime’s punitive actions to pacify the separatists in the Donbass, and 3) NATO’s continued expansion and incursions into the Crimea. The conflict could have been avoided if the West had come to the table with Putin and worked out a fair deal. The crippling sanctions that the West imposed on Russia earlier this year have made the defensive aspect of this war from the Russian perspective even more apparent. This is going to get really bad, folks.
